The Lilburn Project focuses on piano music created by famed New Zealand composer Douglas Lilburn.

Wellington music publishers Promethean Editions has finished its task to create a complete edition of the piano music.
The project began in 2003 thanks to the vision of former Wellington business man Lloyd Morrison and Trust Records who set out " to record and publish the complete piano music of Douglas Lilburn”.
Radio New Zealand’s recording engineer Keith Warren worked with pianist Dan Poynton on recording the pieces which were released on a four- disc 2 CD set.
