Soldier sentenced for attempted espionage

A soldier with links to far-right groups and who thought he was spying on New Zealand for a foreign power was sentenced today for attempted espionage.At a court martial at Linton Military Camp near Palmerston North, after 24 hours of deliberations, Judge Kevin Riordon delivered lengthy sentencing remarks.
