Awakino mother and kids lucky to be evacuated just in time

An Awakino mother rescued from floodwaters surrounding her home says she feels incredibly lucky her family got out when they did. Jamie Ward had her three children and a cousin in her care as flood waters began lapping over her deck. Taranaki Whanganui reporter Robin Martin has more.
