In today's episode, the worst of the rainfall is expected to hit around now in the sodden Tasman region, with road closures and evacuations already underway, Tasman's far west, including Farewell Spit, has borne the brunt of the bad weather, the New Zealand Transport Agency is asking livestock owners to be more vigilant about where their animals are, after a number of recent incidents on highways, and we are officially closer to 2050 than we are to 2000.
