Primary schools face first ever mass teacher strike

About 40,000 primary school teachers, principals, and support staff will walk off the job on the 23rd of October, it'll be the first time ever those groups have taken strike action together. Public Service Commioner Sir Brian Roche spoke to Ingrid Hipkiss.
