Playmarket Awards presented

The Playmarket Award will be presented at a ceremony in Wellington on Sunday. The $20,000 cash prize recognises a playwright who has made a significant artistic contribution to theatre in New Zealand. There are two awards in fact, the Bruce Mason Playwriting Award and the Playmarket Award. More details are embargoed until Sunday.
