Uber driver living in fear of being cut off by complaint

An Uber driver says he's living in fear that he could have his income cut off at any moment if a rider lays a complaint. He's been shut out of his account twice for claims that were eventually proven to be false, but he had to fight the ride hailing service to prove his innocence.
