Christchurch frontline Police officers are to carry pistols in their holsters until they find a suspect in this week's shooting. Police bosses say officers need security but is this an overreaction? Kevin Clements of the University of Otago is a strong advocate for gun control and explains where this could lead to. A new report by real estate specialist CBRE says the build-to-rent model is well established in the UK and US but in its infancy here.
